Exchange & Refund/Return Policy
RETURNS
At Mio Marino we don’t just sell the best products but offer a unique experience to our customers as well. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer full refund or exchange by easily returning the products to us. Our return date is 45 days after the purchase. However, once that time is up we won’t be able to offer an exchange or a refund. You can return any item except for gifts, those are on the house. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NON-RETURNABLE
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any gifts sent along with the purchase.
- Any item that is returned after 45 days of delivery

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Otherwise contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If however, you still haven’t received the refund please contact your bank. There is often a processing timeline before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@miomarino.com.

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page, and include the following information:
- Order Number: The unique identifier for your order.
- Email Address: The email address associated with the order.
- Reason for Return: A clear explanation of why you are returning the item (e.g., defective, wrong size, unwanted).
- Item Details: The specific item you are returning, including the product name and quantity.
- Photo: A link to a photo or image if the item is defective or incorrect.
